I have been taking USA Nature’s Bounty Capsules for the last two years and I have always found them to be effective. While purchasing Cod Liver Oil softgels I always saw Nature’s Bounty Biotin pills in the suggestion which was primarily for hair, skin, and nails. See I am one of those people who are blessed with naturally thick and healthy hair. But last year I bleached them which proved to be extremely disastrous and I started experiencing frizzy hair which was later followed by extreme hair loss. I panicked and did some internet research which showed Biotin as a good solution. Now read below to find out more about the product and my views on it.

Review:
I am writing this review when I am almost the end of this bottle I might have only 3 to 4 tablets left. It’s a capsule so you will not notice any difference after you have taken it just once or twice. I saw a difference after two weeks. My hair fall was comparatively less than before. As it has 100 capsules which can last for more than three months you are bound to wait for that long. Now I can see a much noticeable difference in hair fall but I can’t say the same for skin and nails.
It definitely has caused my skin to break out a bit especially around my forehead so it might not be a wonder product after all.
Is Nature’s Bounty Biotin Worth It?
It ranked just fine. I might buy it again after a while. It’s definitely not on my must-haves. But we all are different people with different skin types maybe it won’t react the same way towards you as it did to me!
